I would recommed Vicki at the Travel Center to anyone needing a travel agent to organize your next vacation. She did a complete and wonderful job for us including even the small details of our last vacation. Vicki is already helping plan our next vacation in 2010! Thanks Vicki

Vicki is just incredible. She helped us book our dream vacation. We had previously gotten hotel and car online by the time we found Vicki. I regret that. We will ALWAYS use Vicki in the future. She was so professional and kind. I literally emailed her 10 times or more a day with changes & she accommodated them all with a very happy attitude! She is amazing. It wouldn’t make sense to plan on your own if she is available. I promise this. I never used a travel service before because I assumed they were expensive. I found Vicki on the internet & emailed her & the rest is history! She planned every hotel for us, planned all our "fun". All I did was tell her what we would LIKE to do and she did the rest. Just amazing. I highly recommend her. Make your dream vacation come true with Vicki. We will NEVER go anywhere else! I feel NO stress with this vacation thanks to her. She’ll go the extra mile for you again and again. Just the best.

WOW!!! We just got back from two glorious weeks in Hawaii - all arrangements for the trip were made by Vicki Racette - and we have to say that this was the best trip we have ever been on! Vicki took care of all the flights and lodging and ground transportation on three islands and everything went off without a hitch! The rooms were all gorgeous and in set in terrific locations and it was all so easy to arrange with Vicki and The Travel Center! We already have Vicki working on our vacation for next year and are confident that it too will be a trip we will never forget!

I have used The Travel Center on several occasions. My agent is Vicki Racette. I have needed assistance for both air travel and lodging accommodations. Each time Vicki was extremely helpful and proccessed my request in a timely manner. My needs have been for both planned activities and immediate requests. My immediate request happened because of a family emergency. During that time Vicki was sincerely compassionate and extremely efficient. She took over all the arrangements so I could tend to family matters. She helped to make an uncomfortable situation more bearable. Each time Vicki booked me into an unfamiliar hotel she would call to determine the quality of the accommodations. This was done to insure my satisfaction and assist her in helping future clients. I will continue using The Travel Center and Vicki for all future travel plans. Just think--never again to be put on hold by the airlines!
