Thorntons Hometown Cafe

4-Jul, 11:00 AM. Friendly, fast, home cooked meals. Sometimes the "out of the way, word of mouth" places are the best places. while I"m here, Schu's is okay ... pricey and bit borderline over-rated. St. Joe is a fantastic little weekend getaway. Niles Avenue is a bit rough, especially the Econo Lodge ... someone needs to tear that down ... too many drunks and bum kids hanging around there. River Stage was fantastic. Most definitely, your Police are on the ball there. But it was Thornton's Home Town that gets the most stars ... as for South Bend Choc ... well ... they're over-rated too ... expensive .. yikes. Caffe Tossi was okay ... pricey on coffee. And that's another ... SELL COFFEE ... lots of it >>> CHEAPLY ... what the hell .. I'm coming up there to open my own Coffee Bar. Tim Hortorn's ?????!!!
