Tire Den

I called to have 4 tires singled out on a trailer. I was told $70.00 per hour on the phone. They do the work and bill $70.00 / hr + $18.00 per each tire at 6 tires. So a bill that was supposed to be $140.00 is now $250.00. I called to find out why they were double billing me. I was told " thats the way everyone does it". I explained that I was quoted the hourly rate and that no one told me about any piece rate charges. The answer I got was " well thats the way we have always done it". RIP OFF !!!! I have never paid a piece rate and an hourly rate. These guys billed me $150.00 / hr to rotate my tires !!!!! I wouldn't use them again if they were the last company on earth !!
