Horrible Customer Service, Poor Shipping Methods
I used this company because they offered the least expensive quote for die cut flyer. Needless to say, you get what you pay for. They insist on pre-payment in full for all orders, which isn't a problem, if they were resposible with shipping your as you requested. We have been waiting over three weeks to have our product shipped to us. We paid for the product on or around June 28. It is now June 27, 2010 and we still have not received our product. When I called to complain they weren't the least bit concerned and didn't care at all. I would not use them unless you can personally drive to thier office to pick up your product yourself. All long distance orders - STAY AWAY!
