Town of Clayton Utilities

I have lived in Clayton for 4 years and have always used Town of Clayton Utlitiy services. The people are friendly, especially, Mrs. Anne and Tisha. However, all your utilities are in 1 bill that includes, electric, water/sewage, and trash. If for some reason you get a disconnect everything is turned off! And I have never had such huge utility bills in my life! My bill no matter what I do averages $250+. I know many people who use the same service and they all are suprised about how big their bills are each month. Then when you go to pay the bill it is always more money than what was actually on the bill you recieved in the mail. If you can move somewhere where they have Progress Energy in Clayton...DO IT. If you pay everything but $1of your bill, then they charge you a $25 late fee on it. If you pay ur bill by the cutoff date then you get charged $25 late fee and a $25 cutoff fee, even if they never cutoff your service! And sometimes they can't find your payment! Bad Service.
