Transformations Advanced Medical Weight Loss

I'm only on my third day using transformation's diet and other methods of loosing weight, I loss 2 punds the first day and another 2 punds on my second day, I do my one week weigh in on Monday and so far I feel good with the menu plan and it seems to be working. I will update after my second week

Okay so I am 25 years old and very much overweight. I started Transformations at the end of April because I had heard so much about it. It is now July and I have lost a little over 40 lbs- in 4 months! I have tried every weight loss known to man and this is the only thing that works. And I thought it would be super hard to stick to (I have no willpower at all!) but its not at all! The only downside is that it is pretty expensive- but to get the results that I have had so far... I would have paid millions.
