I've dealt with quite a few different travel agents over the years, and Travel Associates is the first agency that has never disappointed me. They've booked complicated flights for me, always looking for the best rate and the most convenience. When I went to Tuscany, Tony must have spent much of a day checking flights, telling me alternatives for getting from Rome to the village of Montefollonico and how much each would cost. He booked extra nights at La Costa hotel, where I already had reservations for me. And Donna gave me last minute advice on travel insurance and arranged that for way less than any of the offers that had come in the mail. I can't imagine why anybody would go through all this themselves, where there's a good travel agency at hand. sara pitzer
