UNITS Mobile Storage of Milwaukee

We used UNITS of Milwaukee for our recent move and were very please with the whole process/experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the driver who delivered our UNIT was great. We would definitely recommend this service to anyone. One word of advice - their website makes a recommendation for what size UNIT to get based on your home's square footage. Always estimate larger, or perhaps speak to someone at UNITS to get their recommendation. The storage unit we got was too small for all of our possessions. Still, it was a great service and we were happy overall.

Immaculate,economical awesome, and sturdy and that's just talking about the storage unit itself. The staff is outstanding From the gals in the office to their expert drivers.Renting from this company takes some of the stress off of a "stressful situation. If you rent from them you will have no regrets plus save yourself some money. Try them and see for yourself!

Janelle and her staff are wonderful in every way. They are all very friendly and helpful whenever we called. We were building a home this summer and had never used a storage unit such as "Units" before. They explained the whole process very well and met our unexpected short time lines for delivery and pick up before and after we built our home. JJ did an excellent job picking up and deliverying and made helpful suggestions. We were at a loss for a mover to move into our completed home but Janelle recommended someone and worked directly withy them to make it a very smooth process moving in. Thanks to them all :o)

We used UNITS to store our furniture during a remodel/addition project. Our UNIT was stored in their offsite facility for 9 months. Our experience was excellent and our furniture arrived in the same condition we left it. The friendly staff and great customer service of UNITS was refreshing and I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I've used Units Mobile Storage of Milwaukee twice now and had to have our POD stored for over 6 months. When each POD was delivered it was delivered efficiently and JJ is an expert at it. The owners are great and very helpful and directed our needs as best fit. Our POD was clean was first filled and kept in a clean and dry facility so when we received our POD all of our items were in the same condition we placed them. Nothing fell over or was damaged in transportation, JJ does an excellent job at making sure our items were kept safe. OVerall we are 100% satisifed and would highly recommend using Units Mobile Storage over any other mobile storage company. Excellent service!

I just used Units for an organizing, downsizing and moving job we are working on in Whitefish Bay. We called and got through to a human in Milwaukee right away and had delivery the next day. The quick response and ease of service is just great! I will always use Units when we need portable storage and fast. We have used competitors in the past but there is no comparison in quality, price, and service.

This summer I added onto my patio (outdoor livingroom), but now I need a place to store all my outdoor furniture and kid's summer toys. I called around and decided on UNITS because they had the best storage pod and the fastest delivery. I will recommend UNITS to others!

As the owner of a small business I value local, high quality customer service. That's why I would rent from UNITS Milwaukee again. Janelle was prompt and friendly and my pod was delivered and picked-up on time. I received a phone call from the driver JJ so I did not have to wait all day at the job site. My supplies remained dry even during the heavy rains we had this summer. I have and will continue to recommend this company to others.

I could not have had a better experience with the team at Unit Storage. I used a 12 foot Unit, loaded it, had it stored by them and then dropped off at my new home. JJ was the best to work with I was able to get them their first thing in the morning and then he called to check on me to see if he could pick it up the same day since he knew I needed the driveway space. If the need arises again they will be my first and only call.

My experience was nothing less than exceptional. Janelle's customer service was great. She answered all my questions and concerns. I had to reschedule my drop of a few times and she was extremely patient. Thanks Janelle! If your looking for a storage container UNITS is the way to go!
