US Department of Defense Defense Finance and Accounting Service

I serverd in the US Army between 1996 and 1999. During that time, I was divorced. The military set up a payment option for child and family support with my ex-wife. It did not correspond with the decree. I am now being sued by my ex-wife claiming that she did not receive support payments during that time and am possibly looking at serving time in jail for non-payment. I have tried contacting the Jag office, Department of Defense and others to obtain my payment records and have not been able to obtain anything. Nobody seems to want to help and a good soldier and citizen could end up serving jail time for the Army's mistake.
