We rent 3 inflatables a year for our daycare and we received a coupon from USA Inflatables. We had been using another company but thought we would give USA Inflatables a try. There website is very user friendly, customer service is very knowledgeable and the delivery personell very very friendly. first we rented a combo unit, then in the summer we had a water slide and a few weeks ago we had an obstacle course. Every one of the products were very clean, delivered on time, and in great shape, for one of the events it looked like rain so we had to change dates and they had no problems working with us, Compared to the products and customer serviceof the company we were using previously USA Inflatables was great to work with. We will use USA Inflatables services again - Kurt was great to work with and had good suggestions for our different events -the kids liked the variety. I liked the quality and service. We will definately use USA Inflatables again

All I can say about USA Inflatables is that it is a waste of time to work with them. I worked for Kurt one summer and this company is truly a run it into the ground type. There products a smelly and worst off moldy. Yes the black dots on the units are not just dirt. It's mold and mildew. USA Inflatables buys cheap products and passes them off as quality. Then to top it off they blatantly lie about having the largest selection. They work out of a house! Don't believe me look up the address on Bing Maps. Take it from me, don't take the risk. P.S.- Free delivery! Try $10 fuel surcharge.

I have rented over 10 inflatable moon walk jumpers from other companies over the years, and had great luck. Tried usainflatables.com because I had a coupon. Huge mistake. Their product was dirty, ripped, smelled like a basement and the top kept caving in. Their "manager" Tim was condescending, rude and completely unhelpful and said I was crazy. I will never rent from them again, and will tell everyone I know to avoid them as well. Really really lousy local company. I gave them a chance to make it right and they refused, so be aware. Its no bargain to get a piece of junk that no one can jump in for $20 less than a good quality one.
