WE HAD OUR ROOF CLEANED AND SEALED 4 YRS AGO AND WE WOULD NORMALLY HAVE TO HAD IT CLEAND ONCE A YRS BECAUSE OF OUR ASSOCATION. WCHICH IS A 500 FINE WELL WE GOT TIRED OF FINE AND DECIDED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER ANSWER SO A FREIND TOLD US OF USA SEALING BRIAN MEYER AND MAN WE HAVENT HAD A LETTER OAND NO MOLD IN GOING ON 5 YRS THANK YOU USA SEALING.

Brian, the owner of Perfect Sealing & Pressure Washing did an excellent job - pressure washing and sealing the wood deck, brick patio, brick paver, and two car driveway in Feb 2010. He took his time to make sure all area are well sealed after pressure cleaning all area thoroughly. 10 year warranty and he said he would come back to do the job again - no charge if we see the mold, algae, or mildew grow again on any of these areas within 10 years. We are not too happy with the other company, First Coast Microguard that did our paver and wood deck in 2008 - they did not put enough sealing on all area. Their warranty was 5 years The mold, mildew and algae grew back on many areas, especially brick paver 6 months later. -they would not come back to redo the job for free. They wanted us to pay again for them to redo the job - no way. So dont let this company do the sealing - very poor job - waste our money!. We highly recommended that you contact Brian who will do the excellent job!

Thank you to perfect sealing inc for cleanin our home and pavers for only 155.00 then sealing our pavers. That was educational the fact that they wanted to put rpoxy on my pavers with urethanne I would have never known the differance it would have ruined our pavers if we were not properly informed..

The owner Brian personally came out and pressure washed the outside of our home. He took his time and did such a wonderful job. You can tell that Brian takes pride in his work and he wants to do a good job for his customers. We hired First Coast Microguard to seal our pavr and our wood deck they gaurted that the mold mildew alagewould not comeback. We it came back in less than 6 months we used Nancy Weaver and Steve Donalsdson and they kept given us excuses of why they could not stop the mold afterthey sealed it we had enough and saw Perfect Sealing Inc at the Jacksonville Home and Patio Show and he had wrokedfor them yrs back and new what kinda of operation they did they made all the promises in the world but did not delever I took us awhile but finallywe gotperfect sealingtptake it onbecauseofconflict of intrest. I have never had my home cleaned before and it only cost me 700.00 for my roof house brick pavers driveway & pool deck. We had 2 other quotes that were over 1500.00 and perfect sealing & pressure washing jax fl did it and it is the best customer service they have been in buisness for 11 yrs and I will not hire another compnay welocme I wish you the best of buisness in 2010 Brian you are a great and honest person god bless you and your family..

Just a simple thank you to Perfect Sealing Inc. for removing the chalky look, cleaning our house from the roof to the pavers and the windows, inside and out. We never thought pavers could look like this. We will definitely call Perfect Sealing in 5 years, as their warranty states, to have it resealed by professionals.
