Unique Boutique & Bridal

I went to Unique Boutique and Bridal looking for a formal dress for me and a tuxedo for my boyfriend and the service was great! Their selection of formal wear is incredible. It was so easy for me to find something for my body type. The sale associates were so nice and helpful and they even have an seamstress inside the store!

I live in Grand Rapids and a good friend of mine was getting married in Memphis. Originally when he asked me to be in the wedding I didn't think I'd be able to get the time off work so I declined and he and the other grooms men made arrangements to have the wedding without me. However, in an unexpected turn of events I was able to get time off and fly down to the wedding last minute. But unfortunately it was to late to make tux arrangements and I needed something fast. I stumbled upon Unique Boutique and Bridal while searching the internet for local tux rentals. I explained to them my situation and they were amazing! They were even able to match the tuxedo vest color and style with that of the other groomsmen even with last minute notice. The prices were pretty reasonable, but the customer service and flexibility are what really blew me away. Definitely exceeded my expectations. If you're reading this, thanks guys, for helping me be a part of an unforgettable day!!!

I ordered my dress for our wedding party before any one else, I was the only one to order from Unique Boutique and Bridal. of the wedding party, I was the last one to get my dress, and I had to hound them to let me know when it was to be picked up. They were rude to us and were continually shouting at each other about when the wedding was. Apparently you can't buy dresses for a late April wedding in January without being belittled by everyone who works in the store. I would not suggest this shop to anyone in the future, simply because of their service. The selection was adequate and well organized, those are the only qualities this store had going for it.
