10 days ago I placed an order for a mirror to be installed in my residence. Delivery and installation was scheduled for today. When no one had come or called by 11am, I contacted them. The person answering the phone knew nothing of my order. He said someone would call back. Two hours later I called again. The next person on the phone said they didn't even do residential installations, although their Yellow Pages ad clearly states they do. The third discussion about this I was told "we're too busy." I found out that they hadn't even ordered my mirror! When I asked for a remedy, I was told to call someone else, as they were busy with a $500,000 installation. I guess my little residential job justified them lying to me and wasting my time!
