Best Insurance Agency Around!
I have never been to a better insurance agency. Usually at these places, they are tired and show it. Every employee here was extremely polite and attentive. I was helped right away, I didn't even have to wait. It was awesome.

My old roommate told me to call them beause he had urban Insurance for 8 years and he was happy. (my friend has a bit of a short fuse so if he tells me they get right back to him and keep him happy, I know they have to be good). He said that he found them because they ...had a great price and he has stayed with them because they return calls and do what they promise. Now I checked out four other places but they were. $62 less/ payment. I read them my curent policy and they went through my questions one at a time- no rush, not hard sell. When I was sure they started the whole thing over the phone and I had the policy in email with my card in 10 mins..

Urban insurance saved me from making a BIG mistake. I was all set to get the 2010 Camaro Coupe 1SS, I was calling around to get insurance before I went back into the dealer to close. I'm 20, and I was getting prices on insurance that were crazy. When I called urban ...the guy gave me the lowest of any of the prices, but was still more than I could pay. There was no way that car was going to work. When I told him that he said what other cars was I looking at? He went one at a time and did quotes on all these different cars, and then figured out how much with the V6 VS the V8. With the Ground Effects package or without. Then figured out the monthlys on each, then If I put down this much, what would my payment be each month.If I put down $50 more then how much each month. He did this for an hour till I figured out what car I could afford to insure. (Of those I liked, I didn't want a corolla) I'm really happy I called them before I got stuck with the Camaro 1SS and no $ left for
