VRA makes our life easy and has saved us thousands of dollars. If you currently rent your home/cabin in Tahoe, or are thinking about do so, I highly recommend you contact VRA. We evaluated paying a rental agency up to 40% to market and care for our property or to handle it all our self. The hard part of managing a rental ourselves is preparing the home for every rental, cleaning after the rental, and evaluating the property to release any/all of the security deposit. This is where VRA comes in. Their fees are reasonable, their work superb, and I can't tell you how responsive and dependable they are. Beyond a tremendously clean home, they have made our renter's stays more enjoyable by calling on outside services to fix things like a hot tub heater or garage door. Our renters are very happy, we save time, and our rental property is more profitable. We highly recommend VRA for maximizing profit and getting the best service for the owner and renter.

As with everyone - I bounced around from management company to management company - looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and affordable resource to help me manage my Tahoe vacation home from Utah. This is the company that has made it all possible. Call them, and use them, you will love them!

Finally! An alternative to the 'other' companies in South Lake Tahoe. Vacation Rental Assistance has been a blessing and I am so grateful to have found them! They are far superior in quality of service and price in comparison to everyone else I have worked with and found in town. If you are looking for a new renting situation, step out of your comfort zone as my partner and I did, and give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!

Caleb has been the answer to our sleepless nights and worried days trying to manage our home remotely. The services he provides are exactly what we needed and he is very flexible in the range of services he provides. Caleb at Vacation Rental Assistance has been a blessing for my husband and I in managing our home in Tahoe. We do much of our own advertising ourselves to save some money in these economic times, but we still needed to have a local contact to help us look after the phone. When our friend told us about Vacation Rental Assistance, we decided to give them a try and we are so glad we did!!!! They have been responsive to all our needs, have made sure all our bookings went well, and have really helped us resolve problems.
