I had to get a new head for a ring and a diamond replaced for a lost setting. After I ordered a new head I was told they would not be able to get the repair done in the week I gave them after they said they could fix it. I told them the only reason why I dropped the ring off, was because they said they could fix the ring in time for Christmas. The ring was fixed in time, but when I asked for a box for the ring I had to fight for it. He said he would sell me a box, but I had to remind him I just paid $350 to get the ring repaired. After a couple of minutes back and forth, he tossed the ring back on the counter and went to go get me a box. No arguing over a box and good customer service would have made this a wonderful experience.
