Payment: All reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire rental fee at the time the reservations are made, including airline reservations, cruise reservations, car rentals and accommodations and any required tax. Full payment is required 60 days before travel. If there is a security deposit required, it will be collected on the final payment. Security deposits are refunded within 60 days after travel is complete. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, wire transfers, personal checks, and money orders are acceptable forms of payment.

NO STARS! Unscrupulous & Unethical! BEWARE CONSUMERS! Chris Toppen & partner will portray perfection and while the websites lists 100s of properties, a few "less desirables" are contracted - and those are the ones he'll steer you to, with wildly false descriptions. Once he has your deposit it is GONE! Despite a minimal cancellation fee in the contract, kiss your $-thousands goodbye! Go to concierge.com or VRBO.com - but click quickly out of VillasandCondos.com.

Just returned from a GREAT trip to Puerto Vallarta. Villas and Condos.com found the perfect setting for our family vacation. I can not thank you enough we are already talking about another trip next year. Not sure about the experience the other's have posted sounds like maybe some damage was done to the villas they were staying in? We got our security deposit back within 30 days of our return as promised

Deposit scam
Villas and Condos was supposed to return my 750$ deposit for a rental within 60 days and now they have disappeared- not returning emails or phone calls. I even called the owner of the house we rented and he said we should get the deposit back but he's had no contact with the rental agency. Chris Toppen is the owner of the rental agency. Very unprofessional BEWARE!!!

Beware- deposit scammed!!!
Villasandcondos.com is avoiding all communication since I returned from my stay at Casa Macumba. I've tried contacting several times, leaving multiple messages and they won't respond to my request for my deposit back. There goes 750$ down the drain...BEWARE!!! I worked directly with Chris, too...
