Regina is a great lady who makes great goodies! Right in the heart of Lansdale, there's something sure to please in that wonderful display of pastries! Today I had an orange chocolate cupcake and a home made iced chai and my daughter enjoyed a vanilla biscotti. Deeeelish!

I travel from DC just to stock up on special treats from Virago. You will not find their quality anywhere else. Between the sweet and savory, they have you covered...and you wont believe you're eating gluten free/vegan. I have fooled many of my friends- I also have to agree with the other posts about their customer service. They'll keep you coming back with their delicious treats and warm smiles...and make you feel at home! Virago is a must-visit for everyone!

Virago Baking Company & Cafe is the best bakery I have ever been to. Everything, and I mean everything in this bakery is outstanding! I don't care if its traditional, Gluten-Free, Vegan, or Vegan Gluten-Free, it's AMAZING! The customer services is great, very friendly, engaging people who really listen and help you the best they can. My favorite thing on the menu is the Gluten-Free mixed-berry frangipane (WOW!) and the Vegan Gluten-Free V.I.P's (Virago Inspired Pleasures) cupcakes as they call them. They also come in all wondrously delicious flavors too. CAN ANYTHING BE BETTER!?!?!?!?! In other words Virago Baking Company has something for everyone and I am proud be a frequent visitor even if it means I have to go to the gym a little bit more.....it's all worth it!!

I love this bakery! I recently turned vegetarian and am planning on going Vegan so it is wonderful to have them as neighbors! They're sticky eddies are my favorite things in the world! And their Berry Polenta pound cake is to die for! There cookies and cupcakes are very good too! Everyone should try their PB cookie with the raspberry Jam at least once in their life! Also, the people that work there are so friendly that I often spend at least 15 minutes or more talking to them!

This place is AWESOME! Best bakerey anywhere, and did I mention, this place is more than a bakery?! In addition to the best, baked good, (baked with only the best organic ingredients), they have the best breakfast & lunch wraps! Their coffee is the finest anywhere! Service is the best! (it's like going into your Mothers kitchen) They treat everyone like family! I travel 30 miles for their goods..........it worth it!

A dear friend surprised me last night with a box of gluten-free cupcakes, breakfast breads and cookies from this bakery near her home. Unbelievably beautiful and tasty. THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THESE TREATS TO THOSE OF US WITH CELIAC DISEASE!!!! Please get a website!!!

I stopped at Virago Bakery on my way to the camera store after noticing the sign out front that said this bakery specialized in vegan and gluten-free products. My friend's young daughter has a gluten allergy and I wanted to get her a treat. The little girl was out of town, but I thought I would try a cupcake anyway. My husband and I shared it. WOW! Anyway, I had to come back the next day to the camera store again and I decided to try the vegan cupcakes. That night we sampled the chocolate with peanut butter icing and the chocolate with caramel (tan) icing. They were not only the best vegan cakes we ever had, but arguably the best cupcakes - vegan or not - that we ever ate. Beat almost every dessert I've ever bought at any high-toned restaurant in Philly, that's for sure.

I love Virago Baking… Both the vegan and the gluten free delights are simply scrumptious! The only bakery I can find in the Plymouth Meeting/North Wales/Lansdale area that uses natural and organic ingredients. Plus, I went there on a weekend and was treated to the friendliest customer service. I can’t wait to go back!

I highly recommend this amazing, unique bakery cafe!!! The owners are warm, friendly, down to earth, and excellent at what they do!!! The cafe food and bakery items are fabulous!!! :)

This place is amazing. It has the tastiest vegan food and baked goods. It is just such a shame that it's so far from where I live! I can't wait 'til I can get back and have the pleasure of eating there again.
