Water N Ice

Great customer service - every time I am asked if I need help and offered help filling and taking the water out. Would not hesitate to recommend.

over all nice people.... i was just not impressed with the ice cream product... serivce i would give a 4. but the ice cream was under par. I've had better, just my opinion.... i would definitely look around for different ice cream... water was good... but it was bottled, so no room for error there....

No matter what people say you are the best. It is funny how people talk trash about this place and even don't know the truth and say things that the no one knows about except the other place..... So I came up with its the "other" place writing those nasty things which I'm sure it is or telling people what to write. WATER N ICE IS # 1 IN MY BOOK. keep the good work

no one is trying to shut the Water and Ice store down.... i have been a customer of chill since they opened a couple of years ago and they are such nice people...see this is the immature crap everyone has been talking about that water and ice are doing "i'm going to tell everyone they are trying to shut you guys down" where do you get these facts.... the owners at the ice cream place next door are very nice and just trying to run their business..... how about you and the owner and any other customers like you mind your own business.... and leave the poor couple next door to you alone!!! ....... Jesus grow up already!!

You guys been around since 1990 and you guys are the best in and around town. I know the store open next to you won't last give it time and they will be shut down. Keep it up guys at the water n ice I will tell everyone about you guys oh I will tell them about the other place how they are trying to shut you down. Thanks

no that great of ice cream... not made in the store..they just buy tubs and sell it... new customer..not what i expected.... like places where they make their ice cream...not buy it from distributors

Great customer servicer and love the poeple. Best ice cream in town, i ahve always loved Thriffty. I love the poeple and how they interact With the customers. Over all this is a great store with good water, clean, and great customer service! Keep up the good work Water N' Ice!

I've been going to Water N Ice for over 6 years now, since I moved into the neighborhood. But ever since the gelato shop opened up next door, the owner has definitely changed. I've heard him complain and talk trash about the other store - just out of the blue without even being asked or anything. The water here is good, but I'm tired of hearing such trash talk about another store when I just want to get water. And this guy is supposed to be "Christian" - I've heard him playing Christian music in there many times and I thought that was cool. But now you're giving the rest of us a bad rap by being so unkind to your "neighbor" - what did they do to you anyway? Because of this, my husband and I have decided to just install an RO system rather than have to deal the bad vibes and trash talk at Water N Ice. We're done.

whoever copied and pasted my "rude comment" and changed the store names and posted it on CHILL's review page is pretty sad... I am sure it is the immature employees doing it.... this is for customers to write reviews... just goes to show how ridiculous they are.... i have been a customer of you guys, and have brought my 2 little kids there for a while and started going to CHILL recently too...i posted my review on your page hours ago and went to post something on CHILLS review page just now and I saw my comment i posted word for word ( store names changes though).. i am pretty disappointed you as managers and employees would act this way...pretty sad....
