I typically shop elsewhere, but happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by Watson's (now Family Leisure) and can gladly say I will continue to shop elsewhere. Upon walking in, I was met with a cast of staff members behind the counter, all on their cell phones and talking to one another, yet ignoring me, the customer. After wandering around their store for about ten to fifteen minutes, a staff member approached me as I walked near the patio furniture. Desperate to make a sale, he kept pushing for me to consider the furniture, even after I told him flat out that I was not interested. This experience really opened my eyes and made me appreciate where I typically do business, as Watson's/Family Leisure stands out as the most unprofessional business I have ever been to.
