Excellent work. The best first round of layouts I have seen in 30 years in the business. We even like the ones we can't use! I honestly don't know how we will choose between three or four of them. ~ Jeff M.

Recently my firm was contracted to correct the mistakes of Webcast 1. Unfortunatly like most small web companies, they go out and get more business then they can support at one time. Which given this economy I can understand but then to miss deadlines by more then six months, launch a site with gross miss spellings and errors. Even with all that my client try to be understanding and gave them an opportunity to correct all of these gross mistakes, yet the choose to be unprofessional. On their website and this page they claim to do work for Verizon Wireless, Microsoft, and other big name companies; even thou they show no examples of that work on their site. I think they only seem to have time for these "big name companies" and that is all they should do as they failed to provide the quality of services they calm to all their other clients. Or at less the. 12 that I have spoken to. So I guess it is important to make sure they are ready and able to help you, before you start.

Working with Rick Waters for nearly ten years I would recommend his design group to anyone at anytime. During our relationship we have in frequent contact with five separate sites on the table for monitoring and editing. No better group to consider for excellent results.

Webcast1 is lacking in support. They are a 9-5 company in a 24 hour global business world. If your web or e-mail goes down on the weekend or after 5PM Eastern time they do not provide a 24 hour helpline leaving its customers stranded till the next business day. For those of us who depend on e-mails for there business communications I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a company more in tune with the needs of todays Web based businesses.
