Wenger's Saddlery

You sold me a saddle that was damaged, as a brand new saddle and I returned it to your store. I called you how many times about it, You would make it right, both you and your wife. I have it on my answer machine. Before I returned it to you I was in touch with the saddle company. Giving you a chance to make it right. You had no ententions of ever sending it back to them. I'm so very disapointed in you! I bought 3 saddle from you over years all high $, excellent brands. Very Disapointed Now!

we have had 2 custom made saddles by JR -1 working and 1 for show- and my daughter prefers them to the BR or Harris that she had. It was the best customer service and JR will do anything to make you happy - my daughter designed her saddles - Ontario, Canada

I love my show saddle and was pleased with the service. The care that was taken to be certain that the fit was right and to help me after the sale is phenomenal.

I have never had an issue with anyone there. I have bought all my saddles there and other items as well. All top quality! There was never an issue when I was trying to find a cutting saddle to suit my needs. They always were there to help and exchange the saddles for new ones. I will buy all my saddles in the future from them.

I bought a custom training saddle from Wengers this year at the All American Quarter Horse Congress and would like to say that the quality and customer service are unparalled at prices of lower quality factory made saddles keep up the good work

Wengers Saddlery is one of the only true Saddlery's left in PA - They carry top of the line tack and supplies.
