One of our 5 ton A/C units broke down about a month ago and we had West Coast Chief come out to fix it. It was a complicated repair but they know what they’re doing – the unit was fixed in 2 days (required 3 trips). People at West Coast were also very understanding. The unit broke in the middle of a heat wave and they promptly dispatched their technician to fix it, so we didn’t have to wait for days, it was getting pretty close to 100 degrees inside. Now, a month later, another heat wave comes around and our other 5 ton unit takes a dive. West Coast was here in under 3 hours and the unit was back up and running an hour later. Very professional outfit. Would gladly recommend and use again in the future. Semper Fi!

My central air conditioning went on a fritz, I called an air conditioning repair from yellow pages, when technician came out he mentioned that the coil tubing and condenser have to be replaced and it will cost me $1700.00. I was in total shock because that is the last thing I need right now. My neighbor recommended a West Coast chief repair service, said he used them for the past 10 years. West Coast Chief Repair technician came out and determined that my system only needed a simple service with a freon charge. I paid them total of $357.00 together with other work they performed my air conditioner works like new. Living in the valley if your air conditioner dies you are disparate!!!. They have great hours, same day service, friendly, and great prices. I even shopped around and after others gave me huge estimates, WC was the best. I had a great experience with them. They are reliable and fixed my a/c in a flash. They get my five stars!!!

I found out that I had to replace my a/c unit. I shopped around looking for the best deals and let me tell you I couldn't be any happier with the service from West Coast Chief Repair. I made a call and the technician was at my home the same day. I got an amazing deal, the staff was very honest and reliable. This is definitely one happy and satisfied customer!

My experience with West Coast Chief repair was amazing! The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. My a/c broke, I made a call and within an hour the technician was at my house and fixed our problem! The price was very reasonable! Thank you West Coast Chief Repair!
