Some of our friends we bought beef off of had their meat processed through Gardiner beef and so far every bag has had pin holes. By Jen Casad on February 03, 2010 at 03:41 PM
WGB is a great company. Small enough to care and fair enough to make you happy. The owners boy is on the FD with me and he is a great kid! The whole family is awesome to work with! And my brother works there too! It's just a great company to do business with! Take your critters there, you won't regret it. By Vicki on July 13, 2009 at 02:17 PM
We have been raising animals for our table for many years and have never been happy that all of our butching needs were being met by the other slaughterhouses around the state.
We were turned onto the crew at West Gardiner Beef. If you are unfamiliar with the process of having your animals butchered, they will walk you through every step to ensure that you understand each cut of meat you are requesting, common thicknesses, weights, packaging numbers, etc. Your order always come out perfect, just as you ordered it. As said before, their smoking is second to none. You cannot buy these hams and bacons in any store in the world.
You feel like family when you take your business to West Gardiner Beef!! Trust me, stop looking, go to West Gardiner Beef. By Greg Harris on January 17, 2009 at 09:37 AM
We have had several pigs done at WGB and the smoked meat is out of this world! Packages come vac/packed, marked and cut your way. I would not even think of buying pork at the Gocery again! We make the trip from Mass., it is so good, Thanks, M. By Matt Dunhill on December 27, 2008 at 08:55 AM
