Left a small Magnavox plasma tv off for an estimate to repair a snowy picture. Paid the required $30 for the estimate and never heard back from them. After 3 weeks, stopped by to see what was happening and was told that they couldn't check it because they needed a "special'" piece of equipment on order, but had not come in. Okay. Another 2 weeks pass with still no word. A call to them was made and got the response that "it's on the table in the back being checked right now, we'll let you know either this afternoon or tomorrow". Nothing back from them. Back and forth for another 12 days until finally I realize that they hadn't done anything despite having had the set from June 4th until the end of August when I finally go back and tell them I want my set back. They were honest and fair enough to apologize and reimburse the $30 estimate fee, an action that I appreciate and should be mentioned in an otherwise poor review. They also lost a back cable housing panel - not found.
