So I was eating here quite frequently on Saturdays and Sundays for breakfast. The food was good. Then they up and closed. I assumed it would just be for the winter but it's now March 28th 2011 and they are still closed. Mazomanie doesn't have much at all in the way of restaurants or anything really. So to have a place close is really annoying. Get with it people and re open. The early bird gets the worm.. Or in this case, our money. Seriously considering moving to Mt Horeb. Mazomanie is a ghost town. By Karl on March 28, 2011 at 12:33 PM
My wife and I had a delicious lunch at this quaint, unique cafe. Fabulous corn chowder and a delicious ham and cheese on chiabata with a spicy mustard. Terrific ambiance, service, in a lovely old small town downtown. We're going back! By Kenneth Albers on July 26, 2010 at 02:06 PM
I was not very impressed with the our entire expierence. We waited 45 min for our food. When it finally did arrive the salad consisted of a few peices of dark greens and a small cup of dressing. The turkey club was nothing to rave about. the only thing that I could say was good were the poato chips my father recieved with his sandwich. The menu was overly priced for what they offer . The local drive-in up on the main Hwy serves much better food at a much more reasonable price. By FC on October 18, 2008 at 05:08 AM
This "restaurant" doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible rude service with unsanitary conditions. As we waited an hour and a half for breakfast food we watched many people sit down and leave after they realized the tables were not wiped in between customers. Some even got napkins to wipe their own table. Waitstaff was seen handling dirty dishes, then serving food with no handwashing. Then after all of this a person found a bug in their drink. I had been warned the service and food was bad before I decided to try it out for myself, I wish I would have taken the advice. By MM on July 10, 2008 at 04:28 PM
