Whymsy

I had a bad experience with a condecending saleswoman while making a return. If I am going to pay the prices they ask, I would like to be treated more respectfully.

The clothing in the store is artistic and beautiful. Some of the employees are nothing short of sweet and kindly....a true joy. The owner, Karen, is a rather aloof person who has an air condescension that is less than wise to portray in this economy. She would do well to hone her people skills. As a business owner, I feel my opinion is credible.
