Brisket best since I Lived in Austin, TX. Smoked half chicken is great- I prefer the plain- smoky, and tender. Great Value on all meals! Ask for the Wild Fire BBQ sauce- it will set you ablaze!

We attended a wedding catered by Wildfire recently. We, everyone in fact that I spoke with, loved the food. These guys did an awesome job.

I like eating there the food is good and they put plenty on your plate. They seem to really care about there customers.

The family and I went to Wildfire today and it was totally great! They were crazy busy but our food came out pretty fast and it was delicious. I didn't know about this website or I would have said something a long time ago. This is our favorite place to eat. Always a good value, always good food, and the employees are nice. YES the wildfire sauce will burn you up but my favorite is mild.

Thanks. Been looking for good barbecue since moving to the area and now I have found it. I travel from Bowling Green Ky to North Nashville during the week and this is by far the best. Thanks again and good job.

We love going to Wildfire! The BBQ is really, really good. You do not get service anywhere like you get at Wildfire. Every time we have ever been in there, the owner personally has walked out and asked us if everything was good. He is such a nice person and his friendliness and care for his customers make you want to return just as much as the great food does!

had the half chicken and old my god, the new rub they put on it made it the best chicken i have ever had.

enjoyed our visit. between 3 of us we had the pork, chicken, ribs, and brisket. the big 4 of barbecue. nothing but good things to say from all three of us. great barbecue! the only suggestion i have is make the place bigger, seats maybe 30-40. it is a barbecue joint not your typical meat+3 selling barbecue as an after-thought. enjoyed talking with the owner, he obviously is passionate about his business. final thought - excellent - because everything we had was great, some places will excel at one or the other of the meats but they were right with everyhing. hope this helps you barbecue lovers looking for good q.

Ate there for the first time a few days ago. Very pleased with the pork barbcue, tender, juicy, and the right amount of smoke for me. Baked beans had some meat in them(alwys good) and the corn was oustanding as well. The place was clean the service was faster than expected and everyone was friendly including other customers. Good place to eat, made me feel at home.

From Cleveland OH and was down in Whitehouse TN in July 2010. Went to alot of the"other BBQ places" Wildfire BBQ was the very best by far! Great Ribs wonderfull texture and flavor!!!!!!! Went two times.

Me and a few others had lunch the other day. Great Bar-B-Que! Must say I was a fan of another Q joint until eating here. This is my new favorite.
