i been looking for a new phone, and stopped by Yakety Yak HB to look at what they had, I found the phone I wanted but I didn't have enough money for, so the guys asked if I had old phones that I no longer used, and I did, I brough in a few phones and the traid in value just about payed for my new phone. all I had to pay was $30 out of pocket, now thats service, they showed me all my options and found ways to find the plan and the phone that best fits my lifestyle. I visted Yakety Yak not knowing what I wanted to do, I just knew I needed a new phone. I told them I was looking for a new phone but i was'nt sure what I wanted, they asked me a few questions about my lifestyle and showed me a few phones and their fetures 10 minutes later i got a new phone that works with me. thanks Guys

When the charge socket on my wireless phone broke my current wireless carrier wanted to charge me the full retail price to send me only a refurbished phone. I looked around for a place that would sell me a used phone at a fair and affordable price. Yakety Yak was the only ones in the area that not only would sell me a phone at a reasonable price, but they also were able to activeate it with my phone carrier. They saved me over $100 and the time and frustration of having to wait to get my replacement used phone and to send my phone back to the carrier. Then when I accidentally set the locks to the phone that I bought at Yakety Yak and could not get it opened I called Troy at Yakety Yak and he told me exactly how to fix the problem and it worked. I appreciated that he took the time to help me on unlocking my phone because I am sure that other places wouldn't have bothered since they already sold me the phone and made their money.

I needed new phone service and these guys went and set me up. I just recently left Sprint PCS and they showed me how I could use my old phone and I got the first month free with METRO PCS. They have a talent in making sure you are taken car of. Customer service is priority at Yakety Yak.
