I love Yum's Express...the Pineapple Shrimp is the BEST and I can't get it anywhere else!

Late delivery, a lot of the order was cold, part of the order wasn't there. It took 3 call backs to get them to send the other part of the order. Avoid this dump at all costs.

We went to Yums Express yesterday...Upon entering, we were ignored for 5-7 minutes by the cashier. Once the cashier was available, we asked for the platter; I didn't want an eggroll and asked the cashier if we can swith it for a soup and pay the difference (50 cents). he said can't do and gave us a nasty attitude. when we said we are leaving, he said whatever. Will not suggest this to anyone who is looking for good customer service

Yum's Express is amazing. The management is wonderful and the food is very good. Wonderful flavor, especially the chicken with garlic sauce.

I would have given them a 0 star if they had one. The customer service was the worst I have ever been given, I am never going to patronize this business again.

Yum's restaraunt is amazing, definately the best in College Park, it's a shame they don't deliver. Could also be on campus food. But despite this they are wonderful!
