ZFG Mortgage Oklahoma

At my closing, I was so surprised to find out that the mortgage interest rate on my loan actually got lower than what I was quoted initially. I ended up receiving a 4.875% on my new 30 year fixed rate mortgage rather than the 5% which was given to me on my initial Good faith estimate. I looked at other reviews here and I guess I am not the only one who has had a good experience with ZFG Mortgage Tulsa. I really appreciate what you guy's did for me. And to my loan officer Bill thank so much for your patience and explaining everything to me thoroughly. If you need a mortgage you need to give them a call!! I referred a few of my friends to them and they have been just as pleased.‎

I am a fresh college graduate and only got my job six months ago. I do not have any money in the bank. Trying to take advantage of $8000 government incentive, I worked with ZFG Mortgage on a FHA loan. In less than a month, I got my house with 3.5% down payment from my relative. The interest rate is only 5% and my monthly payment is about $1100 --- only $300 more than my current rent. It is such a good experience. I highly recommend ZFG Mortgage Oklahoma

My loan officer Bill was incredibly accessible, precise and competent. We have been snakebite by mortgage lenders and loan officers in the past - lost paperwork, last minute add-on costs, delayed closings and this experience was totally different. They responded to my on-line request the same day, quoted figures the same day, and I completed the paperwork on-line which only took me a few minutes. There rates were very favorable to others we looked at 7 other companies to be exact. My loan officer always answered questions fully and clearly, and followed up regularly to insure things moved along without delay. Obtaining a mortgage can be a stressful process, so we also appreciated the whole staff's easy-going humorous personality. I would highly recommend ZFG Mortgage to any of our friends and relatives! I just refinanced my home with ZFG. I am extremely impressed with them, they treated me great. The whole process was as smooth as they said it was going to be initially and the loan went through with out a hitch and we closed within 2 weeks of me applying.
