access of no access.. my kid will not be going to dr zieglers. i would pay 3 times more to see someone else. (love the staff though<3)

Just learned today I am an empath. This is reason #1 for our little tiff just Monday. Enter my world a moment please. I pick up the negative emotions of people all around me like a radio receiver. My neighbor, is facing welfare fraud charges, and her youngest daughter is very sick, and likely dying of kidney failure. I find myself crying uncontrollably, for no apparent reason, even to me. I will experience getting very very frightened, nearly hysterical, and for no apparent reason. ALL TYPES of "feelings" are registered and questioned. Is this me or someone else? Crazy, Dig? Now, Three mornings in a row I awoke in a start, sat straight up in bed, and was just high strung all day. This JAn 19,20,21. On Jan 22, I felt like I was running out of time all day, a lot like the biological clock telling me I needed to have my baby. After reading the reviews about the long wait, we showed up an hour early for my daughter’s appointment. We had an hour wait, which was not bad considering the crowd. Dr. Ziegler obviously serves a high volume of people, as he is the only orthodontist in the large surrounding area willing to work for low income families like mine. Thank goodness we have someone so caring! The staff was great, friendly, extremely patient and kind with my daughter. We are defiantly lucky to have him!

The only problem with this office is it is they are the only ones close to my area that take access insurance which is good but also bad. The patient roster is overflowing so waiting to be seen takes hours. Me being on access has been a disadvantage apparently. Patients that pay cash or have good insurance seem to get there braces off in 2 years or less but all the patients I have talked to on access wait a 4 to 5 year period to get theres off. I am already going on 4 years when I was told two at the most. For the most part it is a friendly environment but honestly no one wants braces on for 4 years and that can't be too good for your teeth can it?

Your office is very nice and soo are the people. I didn't have to wait long either. The braces you put on me didn't hurt at al, even after i got them on. You were very carful THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!1

After explaining that the retainer they made for me was uncomfortable and caused extreme discomfort, they told me to bend my retainer- causing more damage than good! The wait to be seen in their office is about two months, and you will be waiting in the waiting room for two hours. I've had much better experience at my other orthodontist. Don't go here unless you're desperate!
