Should be renamed Scammers.com in line with their tactics. They promised they would contact me THREE times, repeated THREE times, before I would ok any a charges after the free period. So they claim they sent an email !!! IT WAS OBVIOUSLY TRASHED IN TO SPAM AS IT IT SHOULD BE !! customer service have no authority for refunds. Does a report to BBB help??

Company calls multiple times a day claiming they are only updating their free directory listing and want to make sure my phone number is still then same. If I say for example I am not interested, or please provide more information or I don't give out information over the phone but would have to meet in person ..they hang up only to call back three or more times each day. If I ask to be removed from their list they either hang up or sometimes (rarely) agree to remove my number but then never do. They haunt me to the point of sheer harassment. It has gone on for about two years. They always claim its a FREE LISTING profusely explaining it is FREE and there is no charge at all for anything and that I am already listed in their free directory now but they are only verifying the accuracy of their records is all. Now that I have learned about how they use your admission that this is your current phone number as permission to charge your phone bill for some listing service I am requesting two

Total harassment from this company. We have received dozens of solicitation calls from this company after repeated requests to take our number off their list. WE ARE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE

The experience we had with the zipweb is THE most unpleasant we ever had with any advertising company. Nor that the service itself has not brought a single lead, nor that the customer service was unprofessional, but I've never been lied as much in my life as during this short period of time I've known zipweb and Adam in particular. The company is not holding itself responsible for any promises (even though they give them left and right), they are not providing the service they promise and not bothering themselves to follow up. This was the most unpleasant experience we had from the moment our business was launched 10 years ago. Never again will I want to come across this company and its associates.

*ALERT* - 1 STAR RATING BECAUSE I COULD NOT LEAVE A ZERO STAR RATING. DO NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A PHONE NUMBER, THEY WILL CALL YOU EVERY DAY. THESE "ZIPWEB" PEOPLE ARE LOWER THAN WHALE DOODOO. I HAVE ALREADY FILED 3 COMPLAINTS WITH THE MO. ATTY. GENERALS OFFICE AND THEY STILL WON'T STOP CALLING.

im one of Zipweb subscribers...and what i can is that i am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with their services that they provided to my business.Thanks to Toni Sanders of Zipweb for calling me up and let me know about their online listing..Those people who were claiming that they've been SCAMMED or something...i think you better speak with Toni Sanders for you to understand everything,she's one of their employee who helped me up and informed me everything about what's gonna happen..i commend ZIPWEB for having Toni Sanders..And i think you should train your employees and create more employees like Toni Sanders to avoid complaints..And i beg to disagree to those people who hate Zipweb because of their being SCAMMED...no it's not...you guys just did not fully understand how the service would work..And that's what Toni Sanders Cleared out when she called me...She was so accomodaitng and Honest.And direct to the point...better speak with her folks..GOD BLESS ZIPWEB

This company is a SCAM !!! They call all innocent and then start asking questions about your business and if you say the word "yes" they will cut and paste your conversation to their convenience. I know longer respond to any question with the word "yes" I ask what it is in reference too and when they start about telling me that they are a search engine and the first month is "free", I ask them NOT to call back and place me on a DNC list!
