I want everybody to sit back, and thing of the last time you could spend time alone, Thinking...or whatever it is you like to do.........I bet you don't even have time to do that much. It used to be the thinker was thought of as a very wise person, But today the thinker is the one left in the dust, ever since man perfected the cell phone and computer.....Zap we get what we ask for without even a thought. We have become so fast paced it's no wonder our life span has lowered so much. I am not asking people to turn off their cell phones or computers.......( how else will I get business.) All I am asking is PLEASE, Make some time for YOU. You'll live A longer and healthier Life. (Unless The Cost Of GAS Kills you, but thats a different story.) My best customer story was Last week , When I was called to drive to Tehachapi, Ca. I Grew Up there so I knew the area well, Anyway the place I went was near bear Valley Springs..(if your Not Familiar with the Area, Its near the Prison.) So I Showed up at the residence got out with my Notary Bag, walked up the Drive, and was met By Something that Looked like a giant turkey. Well it was not a turkey, no it was just a 9ft Ostrich. ( I used to raise Ostriches as a Kid With My Dad.) Anyway, This Gentleman and his wife had this Ostrich as a pet. They let it go in and Out of the house whenever it wanted. Well I went in sat down at the table,(The whole time I was trying to keep a straight face.) At one point they had to put the ostrich outside, Because it kept taking my pen out of my hand. ( the guy said, "oh He likes shiny things.) After I finished, I stayed awhile to hear interesting stories about their Pet and other visitors. (did you know an ostrich can De-face a mountain Lion?) Well thats all for now and I hope this account of what happened to me Brightens up your day. P.S. The ostrich's name was Hannibal....(yikes!!)
