Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning Roswell

Cleaned my oriental rug that had cat pee all over it and we never thought in a million years it would be salvageable, awesome job! Brown's Chem-Dry was above and beyond the call of duty, came and I was late for the appointment by an hour and some change, Mike waited for me after he called and I waqs very happy to use the service, not only were all of the stains removed but the odor is definately gone as well, great job. My 2 year old daughter spilled grape juice all over our living room oriental rug, dont really know how old the thing is but it has been around and seen better days. We selected this company to work o our rug because a neighbor suggested it to us to use them, GREAT IDEA!! The rug was white wool and had been in the family for several years, seemingly enough this had never happened before. They came and picked it up and had it returned in about a week, we un rolled it and my wife almost fainted, I really wish I could put a picture of before and after here, it would be astonishing. Completely cleaned up, brighter and more brilliant, than we could remembered it ever being. So this company will definately get our referal and more of our 2 year olds business. You guys realy saved the day, and if your boss reads this tell him Ed Ramiera said to give you a raise. Thank you again ..

My mom's house hadn't been cleaned in over 7 yrs plus she had dog urine in her carpet. Brown's came out and worked a miricle! I never thought the smell would be gone, but it was! Now the grandkids can sit in the floor safely! The carpets look great and they can once again walk without their shoes on. HIGHLY recommend!!

I have had a different company clean my carpet before, they told me one price then when finished was a different price and much higher, took the carpet 4 hour's to dry I was very dissapointed,"Brown's ChemDry cleaned my carpet yesterday did extra was exact price they gave me and did a fablous job and the carpet was dry when they left,House smelled wonderful and looked it again was greatest ever, I will definately be a return customer and reccomend them to everyone ! " VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! as I said " the best of the best"

We have used a couple of others here in Atlanta that were Chem Dry companies but we were highly impressed with Brown's ChemDry, they were on time and very polite. Our carpets just routinely get cleaned and we are some of the more picky people atleast we know and they passed with flying colors so we will be using them again. Thanks...... my wife recently had her carpets cleaned by browns chemdry,a young man came out by the name of john and did a great job.He got right to work very polite ,i will continue to use them as long as the young man comes out he made my wife feel secure and i like that. GREAT JOB DONE

NO ONE can do what they can. If they cant get it out of your carpet no one can. We had Paint and dog pee all over the carpet because my father in law has Alzheimers and they left him alone in our house for a week, it was like letting a 5 year old with crayons run through the house and saying "Have Fun" We really thought it was unsavable carpet, the whole darn house.. They came in and 2-3 hours later it was virtually clean. We will be believers forever and this service was $450 but they were not your average stains and stuff this was anightmare on my street turned into a beautiful home again. This beats the $5900 quoted to replace the carpet. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND WE WILL DEFINATELY BE USING THEM AGAIN.. Thank you Patrick, 3 companies told me it wouldn't clean, 4 kids, company, and 3 puppies, I was looking at 2,800.00 for new carpet, but Patrick said he could, cleaned the first room no ties and my carpet all looks brand new!!!, NOBODY could bellieve it and he treated it to take away all smells and left me a bottle of spotter and stain treated it, it's been 4 weeks and It still Looks Brand New, It's so great I signed up for the 6 month maintance cleaning, Thanks again guys, they were fast, efficient, and good conversationalist, and It only took 1 and half hours to dry!!You guys are The 1!!!!Always, Robin
