Browns Chem Dry

The service was excellent. Technician John did a thorough job on our very dirty carpets. I did not expect them to actually turn out so clean. Scheduling was easy and John was very courteous. He even gave a discount for one room that had extensive stains that would not totally come out after pre-treating. Will definitely call again!

i have had other chem dry carpet companies clean my carpet but this was the best job i have ever had. Jason the tech did a complete review talked about the different options and then i made a decision. i had pet stains that i thought would not out and they did and the high travel areas are like new i have white carpet so i can really see the difference, i would have them come back time after time and tell all my friends. Very prepared and on time, did everything they said over the phone. I have heard about them but until recently I was a stanley steemer cust and this is by far way better.

Way better than steam cleaning, my carpets dried really fast, this is a great process.
