Hi Kate, We received our Snoozer Bag last night and we wanted to thank you for all your help and in getting it to us at such a great price. We used it for the first time last night when we went to the Ikea Store for a very long walk. It was very comfortable to wear (even with 7 fused discs) and it also fits perfectly inside the baby seat of a shopping cart. Lola had plenty of room to lie down inside of her new bag and there was even room for her favorite snuggle blanket too. It also has the most amazing amount of space for everything else. I was finally able to carry my baby and all my essentials with me without having to carry an extra bag for my stuff. When we went out shopping today I was able to bring bottled water, my credit card wallet, my checkbook, my cell phone, gum, lifesavers and Lola had room for a roll of her potty bags, her retractable leash and a small bowl. Kate, I must tell you how thrilled my fat kitty, Mr Big and I are with the Big Cat Pet Door I purchased from your company. I actually installed it last night, and that was a very easy task, BTW. I have searched for literally years for just the right sized pet door for Big. His two kitty friends fit through our (previous) "small" pet door just fine, but Mr Big has to sink his claws into the carpet (or the outside mat) and literally pull himself through that little opening...and then he's a bit square-shaped for a while after wards. I've looked at every brand of "medium" pet door, but they were large enough that I was a little worried about security. Then I happened upon your Big Cat Pet Door, read the dimensions, and knew our problem was solved. Not only does Biggie love being able to pass freely in and out, but the clear polycarbonate 'flap' lets him see what's going on on the other side. It's so easy for him to operate, and the price was very reasonable!! Thank you Cyndy

I learned about dixiepets at zootoo. I became zootoo "friends" with the owner and looked at her site. I always like to support local businesses, especially ones who give back to the community and animal rescue holds a special place in my heart. I saw a lot of cute things on her site, things that I have not seen in stores. I particularly liked a cat tree. My babies play a little rough, so I sent in an inquiry asking if it would be sturdy enough for several big cats. I immediately got a friendly reply. I planned to order the tree for Christmas, but time got away from me. I had not been in contact with Kate for months, but sent an inquiry to see if it was too late to order. She contacted the manufacturer and had it sent express mail, so that I would receive it in time. She was very friendly and professional
