On referral, I used Ducati Deepclean for a "redo" of my living room rug. Another company had just been out to clean it--twice. The first time, the room smelled of dog and dirt and spots remained. They told me it was us! Then they came back out, and redid it--with clean water this time- and apologized for the way they handled and responded to the first call! Feeling insulted, we were referred to Greg and haven't regretted it for a minute! I use Greg at my office, and refer him to anyone who asks about carept cleaning. Our massage studio (Absolute Haven) suffered water damage from a massive radiator leak; the rusty, stinking water was everywhere, and I thought our carpeting was history. Fortunately, Ducati Deepcleen was able to come quickly and first remove the excess water, and then clean the carpets. They look fabulous! All the rust stains are gone, they smell better than before the damage, and they were pleasant and reasonable. The rugs dried fast (in a few hours), and we were back in business. We'll be using them from now on.
