I would like you to send me a $20.00 Liberty or St. Gaudens ms62 or ms63, 1 British Sovereign Eliz II, and 1 Swiss Franc or a $2.50 Liberty. Can you guys handled that and let's get this deal sealed, will you please work with me, that's been the problem you need to be customer oriented and be a servant in serving your customers. Are you willing to compromise and get this deal settled. You would have satisfied customers and better customer relations if you would work with me and others. So I either woul like my coins or money back, please work with me. What batch are you on? When can you ship?

It will be 9 months the 17th of this month that Superior received my check for purchasing pre 1933 gold coins that I have asked a refund on and have not received. I gave them 8 months and all they could give me was a case # and that I was in batch 21 and they were working on batch 17. The contract states they will ship your coins between 7 to 45 business days and they exceeded that negating the contract. They became very evasive and I also lost money on my IRA gold and silver proof coins as they were premiumed for their profit and I made nothing after 2 years. As the scriptures state ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another. I lived up to my obligation, but Superior has failed to live up to theirs. So Superior there is still time for restitution so change your heart and action to a 5 star rating and pay me my $3150.00. I can forgive if you would just give me the chance by doing your part. Change the 2 to a 5.

March, 2009 Time to roll-over my 401(k) and wanted to buy gold from Superior Gold Group. They directed me to have my 401(k) sent to Sterling Trust Company to convert to an IRA and wired to SGG for purchase of Proof Gold & Proof Silver. August, 2010 I have received no precious metals, have no 401(k) fund but I do get a BILL from Sterling annually for (?) account maintenance. They threaten my credit score if I refuse payment. Superior Gold Group just plain ignores me. THIS IS A RIP OFF -- RUN!

Alfred Sloan ll, the in house attorney of Superior Gold Company sent me a: Return of Funds Agreement, signed on May14, 2010 and my money to arrive on June 22nd. June 23rd to 30th, my emails sent to Bruce Sands and Alfred chip Sloan, were returned and phone voicemail were unavailable. Also No response to my demand letter. They have $16,401.00 of my money, In return I received verbal abuse from Bruce sands, misinformation, misleading information, delay tactics from Art Jackson, and two offers. The sales reps, Andrew George and Robert Howard knew nothing. I asked for British Sovereign in my IRA and it totally approved by the sales people. On the applications I wrote I wanted British Sovereign or Bullion. Because I never received anything in writing from SGG, although I asked after every conversation, I went to Entrust who emailed my invoice to find they purchased 3 oz gold @ $5,165 true price was tops $2,000. & 4 oz silver%160.25oz . without my knowledge or consent! I want my money!

Opened a new IRA in 2009. Was a very simple process and Doug Guenzel was very nice and knowledgeable. Since then our account is up 17% according to our last statement and we could not be happier. Thank you Doug for saving us from Obamanomics!

Bought coins, had to call a couple times to find out when it would finally be shipped, and the date we were told we would be called with a tracking number, came and went without a call. I am hoping it gets straightened out soon!
