I visited your website and looked at different plans. Confusing but rates seemed ok.

Yes Kathy Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield cannot be quoted online but we do offer the plans. We are working to try and include that on the online quotes.

I received a quote from the website and rates were same as E-Health. I needed Highmark so I went to a site in North Hills. No complaints. Just typical online website.

I spoke with them earlier this year. They are not even in Ohio and seemed clueless about Ohio policies. Maybe they know about Pennsylvania better.
