SITE POLICY UPDATES: Please note that as of June 23rd, 2010, MerchantCircle has updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to better meet the needs of our users. Below is a summary of the updates.
Terms of Service Update: In Section 7, Coupons, we added clauses that require the user to agree to the following to use the MerchantCircle service:
- The user is responsible for all content and claims on coupons generated with the MerchantCircle coupon feature.
- Users of the MerchantCircle services agree not to use the coupon feature for unlawful activities, like copyright infringement or other unlawful violations, and
- The user grants MerchantCircle an non-exclusive right to distribute coupons generated using the MerchantCircle coupon feature.
Privacy Policy Update: The MerchantCircle Privacy Policy was updated
to include more information regarding MerchantCircle’s ‘Cookie’ policy, practice
and use. In addition, we’ve added more information on your rights about this
practice and choices available.
