In Candia, NH, Susan Lacombe wanted to do something to help people in pain. A certified nurse, she decided to open New England Massage and Nutrition. Finding new customers wasn't going to be easy, considering the small town of about 4,000 where she lived. Susan tried posting fliers and joining community networking events to varying levels of success.
"I was referred to MerchantCircle from another member I met at a Health Expo. Once I started using it, and writing blogs and building coupons - traffic to my site increased exponentially and I started to come up at the top of search engines for massages in my area," says Susan.
Susan has a goal of making her business a success, but ultimately she wants to help people in chronic pain live a better life. Her MerchantCircle listing is helping to broaden her audience and bring new customers in the door. Susan herself suffers from spinal osteoporosis - a pain that becomes that much more bearable with each person she helps.
