It wasn't that long ago that local merchants were king of the hill. People went because quite frankly, there were no other places to go. But times were changing; competition increasing, local merchants tried their best to keep up. They looked at new ways of reaching the growing public through newspaper, radio, television, and even the phone book. The costs were high and the dangers higher and conditions would only get worse. With lower prices and millions of advertising dollars they took no prisoners. But along the way a new world was forming. New skyscrapers were being built, but this time, in a virtual world. They called it the information super highway and everybody was hitching a ride. People searched for work, love, life, and meaning and old ways of advertising found new purposes. The big guys of course built fancy web sites and came up in these new searches almost immediately. But there was one company who even the playing field.
