It was three years ago that Tahi Rah decided she would not got down quietly. For nearly 20 years Tahi has been a skin care specialist offering facials and acne care, a chance to glow in a world of first impressions. They’re so happy, they’re more confident. Because of a divorce, Tahi was forced to close her skin care business on this busy commercial street. She chose keeping her house over this store front. Tahi and her customers wouldn't let the business end there. Tahi tried to attract new customers through local newspapers but the results over the next few years were limited and the methods becoming outdated. The average kid under 20 years old is spending up 3 or 4 hours a day connected in some way to the web. Even a person who is 40 years old today is spending an hour and a half a day connected to the web. Tahi's Internet presence until recently was non-existent. We want the merchants to be able to be able to access that audience so they can talk about their products. They can express what they believe about their community and express what they believe about their products. Tahi claims her listing, with a few simple clicks; she started writing blogs on her page, this one, introducing herself. She went on to post pictures, make coupons and now sends email newsletters to her clients keeping them updated on new products and services. Tahi has invited other local businesses to link with her listing, creating ideas and customers.
