About Abbeville

Abbeville is a part of the Dothan Metropolitan area of Alabama and is known for is southern hospitality and breathtaking array of dogwood trees. Major attractions include Lake Eufaula and Abbeville Country Club Inc. Each year in August there is a Henry County Historical Group Annual Dinner. Among the biggest companies in Abbeville are Tri Delta Systems and Southern Co Services. The biggest schools here are Abbeville High School and Abbeville Christian Academy. One of the best places to visit when you are in Abbeville is Lake Eufaula. There are no known person of fame from Abbeville, but the town was named for Patrick Henry.
