Jacksonville Health & Rehabilitation LLCAfter 4 1/2 years we have won arbitration against the nursing home for maiming my 82 year old mother. The Nursing home threatened their employees with job loss if they did not lie and cover up the abuse and neglect that my 82 year old mother endured at their hands. She was placed in a broken bed which she fell out of 2 times with in a 24 hour period. The second fall shattered her L2 vertebrate, maiming her for the rest of her life. The nursing home paid over $150,000. to the arbitrator and lawyer, my mom's award doesn't even cover the losses that she endured, and continues to endure, and it will probably be taken by Medicare. Jacksonville Nursing Home has not changed their practices as of this moment. My mom is not the first nor will she be the last that the nursing home maims or kills. Please reconsider placing your loved one under their care.... more
Wal Mart SupercenterThis morning I went to your store for an oil change and tire rotation. The sign says that they open at 0700. When I got there at 0800 I was told that it would be a little bit longer. At 0905 a lady came out and said that it would be a little bit longer. I left and came home and called the store mgmt. I talked to Veronica co mgr. She did not even know that they were not open. I know people will call out, but a good mgr would have a plan in place. I think Wal-Mart is a great store but there auto dept needs a lot of work. There is never enough staffing. There is always a long wait for any type of service. I know - why not open with 3 people. That way if someone calls in sick you can still open. If no one calls in sick I dont have to wait for 2hrs for a oil change and tire rotation. If I didn't have life time tire rotation I wolud not be back. You have lost a customer. I would rather pay a little more than wait as long as it takes Wal-Mart to do basic services.... more
