Very Unprofessional/ Rip-Off
This company is by far the worst landlords that I have come across in my years of renting. You think that you are getting a good thing with them being lax on people with not so good credit, but in the end they get for everything you got. The condition of the home we rented wasn't bad, but could have used some work. On move in our carpet was bald in places and was too short to be mounted in the thresholds. The maintenance workers were lazy and unprofessional. We were without a stove for 5 days because of having to order an element. Then when it came in towards the end of the day, he told us he was going home for the day and would be out to fix it the following day. At move out they charged me for normal wear and tear to the house and for labor of the workers already employed by the company to paint the house. We were charged for them to replace the carpet that was already in bad condition on move in. Don't be SCAMMED by this company!... more

RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR
THis is the rudest and most difficult company I have ever had to deal with in my life. I am trying to settle a debt with them as a POA for someone else and instead of working with me in a reasonable and cordial fashion after three phone conversations with this company I have decided to go directly to the original company. I am hoping this will keep them from receiving any compenstion from the collection as they do not deserve a thing. I have had contact with many collection companies over the years and this is NOT the way to handle a collection business. They really need to take a look at their way of handling business. I would hope eventully the companies that are using them for collections would wise up and change companies, if more people would refuse to work with them maybe they will. I will also be looking into a report to the BBB.... more

jerks and bad management practices
I have spoke with several of the employees trying to get a bill resolved. They are denying me a settlement letter because they have already sent one which went to the wrong address. The employees do not know who the managers are, the president of company or CEO. Someone needs to investigate this company. ARE THEY FOR REAL???... more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am an office who sends my collections to this company. I ave called with complaints and the VP of sales did not even acknowledge my complain or call me back. I am trying to get a log in and password to their portal and they have blown off the last 2 appointments i made with the VP. just flat out set a time to call me and never called. I ave never been treated so badly when i am the one paying you to take care of my collections accounts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!... more
