i went into the cottonwood location in hopes of finding a specific wallet 5 weeks before Christmas they did not have it in stock but agreed to order it for me! they took my name and number down to call me when it came it! two weeks go by and i decide to call and see if the wallet was in, no one at the time could find the order i place but reassured me they would call me back in just a few minutes to let me know if they found it 3 days of calling back and finally i get an answer of we don't have an order placed and we don't think we can get it before Christmas!!! are you kidding!!!! why couldn't you tell me that the first time i called so i could rush to find some one that could help me order the wallet for Christmas i didn't receive an I'm sorry no discount offered for their lack of customer service and now no wallet for Christmas i thought 5 weeks was enough time but i guess not! I will NEVER shop there again!!!!!!... more
