Chain saw blade

I odered a 16" blade for my chain saw. These guys gave me an 18". I took it up to the mountains to cut wood and discovered the error. Four hour drive and all the manager can say is bring it back and we'll give you a 16".On top of that she(the manager) had the audacity to argue and tell me they aren't measured in inches.In other words, we're not going to own up to making a mistake. If you can avoid it, don't do business with the Douglas store. Their checkouts are slow and they seem a little prejudice also.... more
