The northwestern Arizona city of Kingman sprang up as a small town along the Atlantic and Pacific Railroad and then a stop along Route 66. Now it?s a popular gateway to the entertainment cities of Las Vegas and Laughlin as well as a desired starting point for the Grand Canyon and its nearby natural attractions. Kingman, which is located in Mojave County, is still a railroad town, with two daily stops by Amtrak.
